Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care

Specialist Support with Compassion

Living with Alzheimer’s or dementia can be challenging, both for the person affected and for their family. Our specialist home care service is designed to support individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes for as long as possible. We focus on dignity, familiarity, and quality of life at every stage of the condition.

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Services

Our specialist care teams are trained in Dementia awareness and advanced support techniques, helping to create calm, structured environments where individuals feel safe, respected, and understood.

We offer compassionate support, such as sundowning medication, memory clinics and routine. We offer a small core team and can support you with equipment, such as Dementia clocks, bespoke cutlery, and more.

Person Centred
Dementia Care

We understand that no two people experience dementia in the same way. That’s why our care is always personalised. We take time to learn about each individual’s life story, routines, preferences, and abilities, and build a care plan around what matters most to them.

Our home care supports people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, from early-stage memory loss through to more advanced needs.

Each care plan is tailored to the individual and reviewed regularly as needs change. Plans are developed in partnership with the person receiving care and their family, ensuring consistency, familiarity, and reassurance.

Specialists in
Unique Needs

Memory and Cognitive Support

We encourage gentle mental stimulation through activities that are meaningful to the individual. This may include conversation, reminiscence, familiar routines, music, or hobbies that help maintain a sense of identity and purpose.

Emotional and Behavioural Support

Dementia can cause confusion, anxiety, and changes in behaviour. Our carers are trained to respond calmly and sensitively, using reassurance and proven dementia-care techniques to reduce distress and promote emotional wellbeing.

We recognise that dementia affects the whole family. Our home care service includes ongoing communication, guidance, and emotional support for relatives, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident in their loved one’s care. We work in partnership with families and other professionals to ensure care is joined-up and responsive.
