Clive Cooper

Operations Director

Clive is the founder and Managing Director of Leading Care Lancashire. As the father of a son with severe autism, he understands firsthand the challenges families face when seeking compassionate, reliable, and personalised care. This experience shapes his vision for the company: care that is thoughtful, responsive, and centred around the individual, not just the task. With years of experience leading care services, Clive is dedicated to delivering support that upholds dignity, builds trust, and truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

Lorna Dimes

Operations Director

Lorna began her career in care at 19, working in residential and nursing homes before moving into domiciliary care, where her passion truly developed. Lorna holds a BSc in Psychology and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, and previously worked as a Registered Manager. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring compliance, quality care, and continued growth. Outside of work, Lorna enjoys dancing, walking her dog, and reading Stephen King novels. She is always happy to offer a listening ear to both staff and clients.

Dani Bryan

Recruitment Manager

Dani is the Recruitment Manager at Leading Care Lancashire and joined the team earlier this year. She began working in the care sector at 18 in nursing and residential homes before moving into recruitment. Dani is passionate about helping people start rewarding careers in care while ensuring clients are matched with the very best carers. She enjoys the variety her role brings and meeting new people every day. Outside of work, Dani enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, walking, and a little well-deserved pampering.

Holly Matthews

Registered Manager

Holly has worked in health and social care since leaving school, gaining experience across hospitals, GP surgeries, supported housing, community care, and complex care services. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred support that focuses on meaningful outcomes and quality of life. As a mum of two, including an autistic son, she understands first-hand the importance of services that listen, adapt, and truly understand individual needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, walking her dogs, and a little bit of Disney magic.

Sophie Fowler

Care Coordinator

Sophie is the Lead Coordinator in our Blackpool office and has been with Leading Care Lancashire for two years. With experience as a domiciliary carer and private carer supporting clients with complex needs, she brings valuable hands-on knowledge to her role. Sophie manages staff rotas, quality reviews with clients, and staff supervisions to ensure high standards of care. She holds a degree in Psychology and has previously worked in a variety of roles, including with Lancashire County Council. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys reading, gaming, scrapbooking, journalling, crochet, and spending time with her three cats.

Debra Cornwell

Client Services Manager

Debbie brings over 20 years of experience in the care sector, with a strong background across complex care, nursing homes, and domiciliary care. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs.

In her role, Debbie works closely with clients and families to ensure care packages are carefully planned, responsive, and delivered to the highest standard. She is passionate about building trusting relationships and ensuring every client receives compassionate, consistent care. She also loves caring for her two dogs, watching podcasts and reading.
